Our services include marketing and showing of properties, online application process 

with income and credit requirements, debt ratio evaluation, employment verification, rental history and criminal background check along with digital lease signing.

Tenant services include online rent pay and 24/7 maintenance service they can call, text, email or through their tenant portal. Both tenant and property owner are protected with our advanced digital property inspections with photos at move in and move out along with annual condition inspection before lease renewals. 

Required maintenance has a spending limit before requiring owner approval with reserves fees to help cover cost. However, in extreme emergencies and unreachable issues will be handled at our discretion to prevent further damage or cost to property owners. 

Echelon provides a detailed monthly statement by property and direct deposits of property income by the 15th of each month.  Yearly financial statement and tax forms if needed.

Our fees are 10% of the collected rent, $125 leasing fee for new tenants with no renewal fee and we retain 50% of any late fees collected for the extra efforts required to collect. On rare occasions evictions and debt collections services.
